Overview

We are pleased to announce the release of the Automatic Continuous Online Sizing (ACOS) system for online particle sizing using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS).

DLS is a well-established, absolute sizing technique that traditionally is used in an offline mode for determining the size of particles in the range 0.5nm to 6.0µm.

The ACOS system is based around our successful NanoDLS particle size analyzer that has a patented cell design, and has been integrated into to an automated sample extraction and measuring system.

The full potential of ACOS is realized with the ability to automatically and continuously generate absolute particle size information for an extensive and diverse group of materials including proteins (and their aggregates), polymers, nanoparticles, dendrimers, micelles and a wide range of colloids.
